Refund Policy
AKSHAYA BUNGALOW – REFUND POLICY
Policy applies to all bookings made at Akshaya Bungalow.
1. Payment Terms
- All bookings require 100% advance payment for confirmation.
- Proof of payment must be shared via email or official communication channels.
2. Cancellation Policy
More than 30 days prior to check-in:
- Up to 50% refund, at management discretion and depending on peak or off-peak period.
- 10% will be retained as processing charges.
Less than 30 days prior / No-show / Early departure:
- 100% retention of booking amount.
- Specific promotional or non-refundable rates may carry stricter conditions, which will be communicated at the time of booking.
3. Modification of Booking
- Date or room changes are subject to availability and prevailing rates at the time of modification.
4. Refund Processing
- Eligible refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days to the original mode of payment.
5. Cancellation by Akshaya Bungalow
In rare circumstances such as natural calamities or operational constraints:
- Refunds or alternate dates may be offered at management discretion.
- No additional compensation shall apply.
